They were the 2nd British Invasion band to appear on Ed Sullivan (after the Beatles), had 17 'Top 40' hits, were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2008, and there were indeed 5 of them (Dave was the drummer). This song has that great Wall of Sound feel to it, and was Top 10 in 1964...Happy 72nd Birthday Dave Clark...!
