Daughter - "Shallows" (Live @ Air Studios) video free download
Today Daughter have unveiled the first of five very special performances recorded in London's iconic Air Studios with composer Joe Duddell and a 10-piece classical ensemble.
'Shallows' is the first video to be taken from the session.
The full five-track session will be released as a digital EP on April 15th and as a limited-edition 12" on May 26th.

It's beautiful how much goes into each one of their songs. Not only are the lyrics and the vocals amazing, but the actually music is breathtaking. she is "bowing" the vibraphone, which is very, very rare :D if you'd like to hear more, Google "postludes for bowed vibraphone (by Elliot Cole)". it's the only composition (that I know of) which utilizes that technique.9 years ago
