This used to be one of my favorite tracks on this album. I still have the original LP vinyl from when it first came out. I need to get a turn table that can convert analog to digital. I've been holding on to my records since I joined the Army back in '82 and I'm tired of looking for the original recordings like this or paying for them again when I have them sitting on my shelf collecting dust! Anyways... finding this and hearing it again just gave me a fresh infusion of the Hall & Oates Philly sound! It does my rock & roll soul some good!

Marina, have you ever heard the Silver Album or Abandoned Luncheonette? War Babies? All are better than Voices, including Beauty on a Backstreet. But we can agree to disagree :)

just in case you were unaware that Hall & Oates wrote a song about a schizophrenic possessed by the ghost of doo-wop who eventually decides the only way to excise the demons is by cutting his head off.Daryl Hall & John Oates - Diddy Doo Wop (I Hear The Voices)

@marinac00 Yeah, this is an amazing album - MIGHT be my favorite of theirs . . . though I really ♥ X-Static.
