Took the time to count the miles on my face
It's funny how the towns go by
I was standin' on a dream long ago
I don't know how I survived
get on that sugar train.....
Met a girl who watched me change like the wind
And she knew just where to go
She brings a man like me right down on my knees
It's funny how I need her so
I see the endless rail as far as it can go
Made of blood, sweat and soul
When I hear that silver eagle whistle blow
Ohhhh
Get on that sugar train
Get on that sugar train

Song makes me think of the Winter of 2009, driving down to Terrigal, North Avoca or Macs' for a morning surf. A time in my life, just before it began to change dramatically...

This song reminds me of driving down to the beach all those mornings before work last year, board in the back of my car. I love the woman's voice that chimes in later on in this song.
