I absolutely LOVE this song. I couldn't find a version of it on here, so I thought I would throw this up for mine and everyone else's listening pleasure.
If you haven't already, check out some of his other stuff on youtube and make sure you grab an album or two (I highly recommend Welcome Home and Feather, Fur and Fin - 2 very solid albums) because you won't be disappointed.
All credit to Danny Michel, I saw him in Hamilton in April and he was AWESOME! Great one man show. Best $28 I've ever spent. Come back soon Danny!

Thanks, bought this on iTunes. Brilliant songwriting metaphor. The guitar riff 2/3rds of the way through the recorded version really puts me in mind of some of Tom Waits' (whether by Waits or his backup, don't know.)14 years ago

maybe some of you could go buy his album if you like his music so much. this would probably be of some support for a talented artist like him, and then we would not need to complain all the time that there aren't any good artists out there anymore.....the britneay spears fans seem to have no problem buying her albums ;)14 years ago
