this song came into my mind when I went back to Long Island for a visit and stopped by the Caddy House at Eisenhower Park in Westbury

Yes we are lucky . Of course ascribing all of Danny's music to Peter green didn't help the thousands of kirwan fans having to sort it all out . Might have been nice to have all of his fleetwood Mac songs on a 2 or 3 disc set, then a reissue of his 3 solo works and the alternates , with a biography by someone who knows who he is. A song for all seasons , I guess we all know a park or a place like Danny's , no it is not penny lane or strawberry fields but it is warm because of a few words , it is simply beautiful to know danny even a little bit

I love this song. If it were more well known it would be recorded by others.

Yes, agreed, a fine tune, the best off the album. Let's hope YouTube doesn't delete this -- it keeps disappearing from YouTube! Danny Kirwan, wish he were still playing. One of my favorite guitarists of all time.

@texas4christ, Agreed. It has a very intimate, 'autumn-like' feeling to it.

@bluzking Thanks for your great comment. It's very sad that you'll never know when YouTube and the record companies decide to get rid of some uploads. I am not feeling very guilty towards Danny in this case, because I know he doesn't earn a penny from his solo records. I think his wife and Clillord Davies own all the rights. Very sad...
