ok does ANYBODY know the rythm of the melody? i mean its a 4/4 measure but the triplets arent normal ''1/3th of a quarter note'' triplets PLEASE tell me i just cant understand. GREAT track btw.

Every just about every Andy blueman or new world or Kelly andrew or afternova or aly and fila tracks are in major keys. I have much more uplifting trance in major keys than in minor keys for sure. Activa has a ton in major keys as well. If I began to list them then it would take for freaking ever. I have over a 1000 uplifting tunes that I've bought from iTunes and is say 90% are in major keys cuz that's what I prefer in melodies. So I believe you statement is quite far from the truth or either you haven't listen to very much trance. Also ferry tayle darren porter and simon patterson do a lot of tracks in major keys. Shit I can't think of an uplifting artist that hasn't done about half their tracks in major keys....just saying.

Many trance tracks that are in the minor key aren't' uplifting....given theres only minor or major notes, all music classifies in either a minor or major key.

Guys guys guys... stop the fighting. This has nothing to do with house. It is STILL very much trance. I even heard a comment from a person that because it's a triplet tune, that it makes it house. Get your head together. Stop biggering about styles. Either you like it or you don't. Simple.

Every major key has a relative minor. eg: Cmajor is also Aminor. Gmajor is also Eminor. It's called music theory.

Lol I just listened to most of these...and 95% of them have 1 or 2 minor chords in them...the key of the track might be major, but the chord progression and scale will include minor chords to make it uplifting like you mention... With that said not all of these tracks are uplifting, some are proglifting; and in any case, calling a track uplifting is a subjective matter because what I consider uplifting you might not and vice versa, so this argument is pretty pointless and will have no end.
