Dani California - Red Hot Chili Peppers drum cover.

Thanks folks for checking this out. I would love to do this over with a better sounding kit. Roland VDrums as good as they are, still sound fake. Also would add in that 16th pick-up note pick up on bass drum.

The guitar player, John Frusciante, is channeling Jimi Hendrix on his outro guitar solo and so his playing inspired me to channel Mitch Mitchell's drumming and so what I played are fills that were in Mitch's fill vocabulary.

Great job! I've been working on this song, and this cover has helped a lot! Also I have a good suggestion for a song you should cover... "I'd Do Anything" by Simple Plan (if you're not familiar with the song then never mind, just a suggestion.)

Thanks for watching. Yea, I'm not a fan of the V-Drums sound, that's why these days I trigger samples of acoustic drums.

Very good cover indeed! I really liked your snare and crash sound. A quick question. Do you have any tips for playing ghost notes well, you know, so that they aren't heard as much as felt? Greetings from India.

Brilliant drum cover but you did the chorus part wrong. Other parts are really magnificent. Greetings from Russia.
