Well, the Pipes and Drums and Military Band of the RSDG did a "Dances With Wolves" cover. The timbre of the bagpipes is so close to that of the orchestra that all one hears is an overall unsatisfactory synthesized quality. There's nothing Scottish about the piece or the movie, even though the pix were of pretty locations in Scotland. The RSDG does a lot better with traditional band music. I'm sure they got a passel of money for doing this MOR album, so good on them.
