Just a guess. Someone have the key to the local community college or high school band-room? Lot of the instruments had to come from somewhere.Impressive.

GREAT job ! Only slight criticism - lead vocal seems a little weak, maybe it's just the mix. Love the way you can hear the saxes !

FOR JOHN ARMATA WHO DISABLED ANY COMMENTS BACK TO HIM: First of all,the music and vocals from the Fendertones sounds incredible. They achieve on stage live what I've not heard even the Beach Boys achieve because so many of their great songs were down to Brians brilliant production work as well as the music. You say that the BBs used 5 ( mostly 4) vocalists because Dennis Wilson didn't sing much. No ..he didn't,but they used more than Brian, Carl,Al and Mike. Jan and Dean apeared on lots of BBs stuff. Blondie Chaplin,Billy Henshe,Daryl Dragon,Ricky Fataar, John Stamos.... All of those people ,plus a few more contributed musically and vocally ,both live and in the studio . Look at how many were on stage for the BBs 50th tour.. so your trting to score points in that regard,is factually incorrect.

Why don't the Beach boys and the Fendertones merge and go on tour.

To John Armata: Speak about technology you are familiar with! First of all, Dennis did sing and rather well and on backgrounds and later even wrote and sang his own songs. Secondly, the boys overlaid their backing vocals and lead vocals several times on a song..so you cannot say there were only 4 or 5 total because they doubled parts often. Later, when Brian was on his own, he would record each part 3 times and blend for the vibration of pitch it creates when you do such..

KEEPIN' THE MUSIC ALIVE is what you're doing! And doing it well! The music is bang on.You guys are your own "Wrecking Crew", who, according to the things I've read, actually played the music on many of the BB recordings.I would dearly love to hear you do the Beatle's " Tell Me Why" as on the BB's Party LP. This is happy music.

Great work by Fendertones. They sound more like what the Beach Boys did in the studio, with overdubs. There's 3x of them than the four BB's that sang. So you could say that 'live', these guys were very close to the Beach Boys.

Incredible good . You guys are awesome. Love it!

These guys are awesome and I echo what ignite says. The Beach Boys as great as they were and are could never duplicate their studio sound in concert until lately when they had more vocalists on stage.

pay no mind to the nay sayers...any band who has their audience dance in the aisles is a damn good band!!

in the studio they overdubbed so many vocals it was never just a live recording with the beach boys. Brian was to picky. SO they are doing here what they beach boys did in the studio. These guys sound just like them and i think they do an amazing job

To John Armata: Do negative, uninformed, cynical comments come to you from above, or even from a good place? If you don't enjoy cover or tribute music unless it's done exactly the way YOU would do it, then don't listen to it and for *heaven's* sake don't comment on it.

Taking NOTHING away from these guys- It's kinda rediculous! The Beach boys did these songs with five (5) vocals, sometimes four because Denny rarely sang. The Fendertones are using three time as many vocalists, an orchestra to back them, an arranger, a conductor, and who knows what else. To compare them to the real thing(The Beach Boys) is idiotic. Personally, I'd get bored rather quickly with doing IMPRESSIONS of other people's music. Just my opinion on the whole thing of "cover bands".
