Great song! Even today, so many years later my eyes tear when I hear it. My brother Mark Hawthorne is the steel guitar in this video. It was so kind of Dan to use the regular band in this video instead of the studio band. They all worked so hard to get where they were at. Dan was as nice to meet in person as he is singing. No huge ego, just a gentle spirit of humility. I love the falsetto in this songe. Sincere thanks to whoever posted this, hug those you love while you have them!

Hard to believe so many decades have passed ... and now so has Danny. But you've left us all a great legacy. My prayers are with your family and friends.
