I love the way the vocals are lol. The guitar and keys make this song have such an uneasy tone. I picture an american revolution soldier sitting in the grass right after he just lost a battle. The dead vocals give it so much depth man. It's a cool take on the song.

Guitar is good, voice is absolute shit. Honestly these covers don't do any justice to the songs I love by streetlight. Gross

I think these are some great covers, and the guitar is especially great, but the singing feels much more forced than Toh Kay. I mean Toh Kay belts out everything in such an emotional and natural way, and really anything else just feels kinda feels like he is trying to hard to sing it.

@JAMESPINDERMEDIA Toh Kay is from Streetlight Manifesto, Dan P is from MU330

It's an amazing song, but I gotta say, my favourite version is by Streetlight, still one of the best songs you'll ever hear no matter what version you listen to

I would kill to see an MU330 Concert with only fully instrumentated covers of Streetlight, BOTAR and anything else Toh Kay has worked on ever

I think i am about tied with streetlights version of this song, with Toh Kays a close seconds. Let it be noted, however, that my music preference is somewhere in the between (it's a pun!) Acoustic type music and electricish, and that organ sounding thing really hit thr spot

this hurts my brain. Toh Kay is Tomas Kalnoky, founder/lead of Streetlight Manifesto. He has worked with Dan Potthast in the past, who is the lead of MU330. Two separate bands/artists who respect each other and wanted to cover a bit of each others stuff.

@Zarren364 Of course, nothing beats the original Streetlight Manifesto version. But this is good nonetheless.

At first I didn't like this version, but it's grown a bit on me. I think if you took the guitar from this, and made the vocals a bit more....edgy? it would be better, but as it stands it's still a damn good cover.
