I use the translator. I don't have a piano, only acoustic guitar. I didn't know that you have a channel on this site and what I needed to know the chords of this song I watched your performance where you play the guitar, so all the songs I thus find how to play original ) and saw that you played the Intro chords - E,C#m,G#m, and after was (F#), and the keyboard is no transition chord is F#. And I noticed 1H small but important nuance when you played your guitar in the verse chords E,C#m, etc. And I noticed that you played the chorus like that, and after the chord E before you go on C#m you took hold of the chord E raised middle finger on the 6th string 2 frets where the notes F#, and get the chord E bass F#. ( I would like to know the name of this chord, the chord is E, but with bass F# )
