I met my fate in the orchardShe made me part of her natureI plucked the branch, spoiled the fruitI taste the pain when I look at youI was once was drowned in a riverShe made me swim even deeperShe filled my soul with heavy breathShe held me down with love like leadI was once was drowned in your riverYou made me swim even deepYou filled my soul with your waterYou held me down your love like lead

I agree they were great.... It was more than just Damo and Lisa though. Tom, Shane, Vyv... incredible musician performers. I have a strong feeling that we will see a new CD from Damien the end of this year. I bet that will be amazing. Who knows? Perhaps someone from the old band might pop up on the CD somewhere. Either way, I bet there is enough emotion there to make the songs GREAT.

With lisa they were beyond-perfect =/ .I wish lisa could forgive him. Damien admited (december 2009) "I love her, I love her so much. And I love her so much that I love that she hasn't spoken to me -- because even in that I have learned so much over the last two years." He told Hot Press he "would give away all the music success, all the songs, and the whole experience to still have Lisa in my life." --I think damien's only fault was to love her .

indeed, they where really good together. But Damien is still my favorite singer-songwriter, his music inspires me , every second is an "orgasm for my ear" like they say. it's a real genius, more people should listen to him, and it's sad what happent between him and lisa, but you can't turn it, he is good on his own, maybe is it beter like this way,

I dont think lisa gives a shit but he is already perfect on his own . I hope someday we will see damien and lisa together which is very very unlikely .

Grew up listening to Juniper, not Damien Rice. Both are amazing but Juniper have a solid place in my heart!

This is beautiful. He's a real talent. Sorry Lisa, probably wasn't easy sometimes but I doubt you will meet many like him.

You can find David Geraghty's solo music on iTunes (via Google). Sorry, can't post links here. Happy listening

This song is a David Geraghty composition. If you dig this try his solo stuff
