Tbh I think Katie Jane is more mental than drugged. In interviews she has a habit of talking in a sort of opaque, distracted and often quite strange way that's reminiscent of how I've seen unmedicated schizos talk. Wouldn't surprise me at all if she had schizoaffective disorder or something.
