Cursive playing 'The Martyr' live sometime in fall 2002. This was on 'The Ugly Organ' enhanced CD, and I don't have any further information unfortunately.

Domestica was too sonically empty. The lyrics are as always top notch but I fell asleep every time I tried to listen to it (granted, it was kind of a tough life at that point and I was tired a LOT). They filled up the spaces with brass and stuff on the albums following The Ugly Organ, but their best stuff had cello, on my humble. This is still my favorite Cursive performance though. I'm glad someone finally posted it. It's so awesome how he can't even sing it at the end... so raw

I can never tell if I like Domestica or The Ugly Organ more. At first, I could only tolerate The Ugly Organ. All other Cursive was too dischordant. But then I made myself listen to Domestica, because it really seemed to represent what was going on in my life. Now The Ugly Organ almiost seems bland. But i still have so much respect for it. I have a really deep emotional connection with both
