its not High Quality unless you go set the audio-portion of your encoder to 320 kbps. You cant just simply make something 720p and a high video bit rate, the audio wont be affected that way. You have to change the audio portion. Use an encoding program where you have control over the audio and video bitrates separately. I have headphones on and this has a 128 kbps sound to it.
