Receiver and Genesis is one of the heaviest one-two punches of any album ever released. I can also vividly remember my disappointment upon listening to salvation and seeing them live on that tour. Considering the brutality of their sound on this album, their live sound - I've now seen them twice - is pitiful. Ho hum, at least there's the beyond.
