They shouldn't let female country artists dress themselves.

Charles, that was Bobby Bare who commented on how she caressed the mic when singing. He said "she makes love to that microphone better than any singer out there".

Yes, being left-handed, Crystal almost always holds the mic in her left hand. I don't remember her ever switching the mic during a live concert...even if over an hour long. She definitely is not into the gimmickry of today's crop of singers.

didn't really paid attention, but true. In an other interview video someone says what she does with her microphone is so sexy that one would wish to be a microphone!

Have you ever noticed that Crystal is one of very singers out there, that doesn't switch her mic all the time between hands. She always keep it her left hand!!!

Hard to believe this song has pushed past 30 years old. Thanks for posting this gem. It's included on the playlist linked below my comment. I've made a musical time machine, thanks to music lovers like you, that will play the worldwide music of any year since 1900. chuck

Only rarely. The public is more interested in the production, the performance as an event, where they are more interested in seeing than hearing. That's where more recent music has gone wrong. Music is meant to be heard first & all the rest should be secondary. Another case of mis-sorted priorities . . .
