It would have been interesting to hear her do the Queen of the Night. Her voice is big enough for it. The coloratura however, is just OK.

Reminds me of Netrebko trying to do coloratura, but better. :) Thus, why does Anna sing all these coloratura-heavy roles! Maybe she should be doing Wagner instead!

Don Giovanni is my favorite opera. I've been listening to it for 25 years. I own what is considered by most to be the greatest recording - the 1963 Giulini. The great Joan Sutherland sings the role of Donna Anna in that recording. I was accustomed to her and she is considered great. I love her. Nilsson was known for nailing Wagner, but some thought her voice was too big for Mozart. Not so. Mozart's music in this opera touches heaven. Nilsson singing it ... well, I don't know what that means.

Hehehe, it's a litte funny to listen to that huge voice doing coloratura. But the results is not bad.
