I've been a pro musician all my adult life. I'm 69 years old now - I believe that Mr. Crosby is one of the few true musical geniuses out there.

"Daylight Again" was originally going to be a Stills and Nash album. But the record company had no interest in releasing anything other than a CSN album, so Stills and Nash got Crosby to sing on a couple of tunes, and add this one, a song previously recorded by Crosby for a solo project, and Stills and Nash added their backing VOX to it. Crosby wasn't even on much of this album, as he was already in bad shape from the drug abuse and was very difficult to work with. On much of the album, in place of Crosby, they had two stellar voices fill in, Timothy B Schmidt and Art Garfunkel. Those two produced the harmonies that Crosby would have sung on Southern Cross.
