When Graham Nash presented this song to Hollies they refused to record it. Mr. Nash quit the band, perhaps for other reasons. Being a music fanatic, I feel this song would have been a huge hit for the band.

damn it! i saw this documentry on BBC4 other night about these and other great acts like Joni Mitchell....i only got the first album but man it blows me away.....i must get other albums! any recommendations for someone without a clue but likes good music. i never heard this version of blackbird before.....simply beautiful.
