Crisis - UK 78, from 7" single (1979) recorded for a 1978 John Peel Session, Original recordings 1977-1980, -- Crisis started out in late 70s UK with the rise of the punk movement. They were at the forefront of the political take on punk. Their songs were about the state of the country, the government and anti-Nazism. 1980 the decision was taken to dissolve Crisis. Douglas Pearce and Tony Wakeford then went on to form Death In June in 1981. Drummer Luke Rendall joined Theatre of Hate and lead guitarist Lester Jones formed Carcrash International.
