Sorry to take forever to reply. I don't look in my YouTube inbox often. I'm not saying the line is great poetry. I simply empathize deeply with the statement. She'd be one savvy teenager. This year or two, without my paying attention to this song or that line, the laws of hate seem to have lead the way: They lead to the incessant echo chamber of what's "controversial", distracting or attention grabbing. But getting someone to echo truth is like asking for volunteers to have their teeth pulled.

@MrRubberjonny91 a) I don't "just go around knocking people down". I just don't like this tune/band very much. It's called freedom of speech. I'm allowed my say too. Just like you're allowed to tell me to "fk off", call me a "wanker" & sound like a pissy fanboy. Which you did. b) I'm envious of a few things in life. @bearealman Honestly, that's the exact lyric that made me inwardly cringe! It just seems like something a teenager would write. Also, I'm quite optimistic & don't think the world *IS* fucked up or that morality is "lost to the laws of hate". Misplaced in favour of an easy ride perhaps? That doesn't scan so well though... hehehe X
