I always thought the lead guitar was a Tele, it's amazing how you can make ANY guitar TWANG as long as YOU can :-D

If I'm not mistaken David should be playing an acoustic. But who cares!

I have the same exact feelings. There are only a small handful of "country" artists worth a crap. Slobberbone, DBT's, Cracker, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, have a great mix of rock and country and are the best music one will never find on a radio!

Great song, I knew it, first time I heard it

Cracker is joined by DBT's Patterson Hood for this song about the true meaning of friendship. The song is good enough to justify the ignoble experience of lip-syncing vocals while pretending to play music on disconnected electrical instruments, all in a tent. (Credit +Philip Roewe for the joke.)I didn't recognize David Lowery at first, but then I realized he's just over 50 and starting to look like a classic country star which, on reflection, is exactly what he is. Bravo, Cracker!

@wasabihansen cracker is a band of many facets. They cannot really be categorized. They just do what they please. One of the best bands from the 90s era of music. So much better than the newbies hitting the charts today.
