Elmer Gantry what a fantastic vocalist, he should have been a megastar, real name Dave Terry. He sings on three tracks on this amazing album, he was formerly with the Alan Parsons Project. FANTASTIC singer.

Gary, contact me...  The song that holds the Guines record for fastest drumming is still Cozy's The Blister fro the same LP.  The previous holder was Carmine Appice with Parchman Farm, and before that Alvin Lee's 'Goin' Home.

Yeah, I only found it recently through the Gary Moore tracks on it, because I'm a big fan of his.

@MrTommyrio It wasn't a bike accident. He crashed his Saab (driving over 100 mph) when his tire ruptured (reports also says he was DUI) back in 1997. I have this record somewhere on vinyl and talk about a hidden treasure. Side 2 had Gary Moore & Jeff Beck among on others (each playing on 2 songs). Cozy's gone but the Thunder remains.

Does anybody know whatever happened to Elmer Gantry? I always thought he sounded a little bit like Phil Collins.
