Haha....this dude never mentions the city that he's talkin' about when he says "PV"....he's talking about Parrot Village in Alameda...the reason he doesn't ever say the city name is because Alameda is actually a wealthy city right next to Oakland...the west side of Alameda is semi-hood, and the Parrot Village projects are indeed projects, but they are MAD small...like a quarter of a block long....lol
