Sorry if this has been pointed out, but I'm pretty sure the correct lyric is "fallen off a wall" not "on and off a wall". It does sound like the latter too, but the former makes more humpty-dumpty-sense.

Probably my favorite band from the 90's. I've always seen this song as as as expressing the tragedy of the Theory of Relativity. Einstein's intention was only to express a beautiful truth about the universe we live in. Initially he didn't think it was even possible to artificially release the energy expressed by his most famous equation. The tragedy is that it is possible to release a lot of that energy and that the first use of his theory was the construction of a horrific weapon, which many scientists still worry may bring mankind to extinction.I don't know if this is right. There is an opera of the same name and that might shed light on the song, but I doubt it will change the meaning it has to me. Whatever it's about, it is a great song.#Einstein #countingcrows#

Well king off all morons- a song can have special meaning to you if you want it to bc of a time in your life or an experience & that's all good. But that is what the song is about. If you can't accept that eat a dick. You see I didn't respond for 8 momths which is how much your tiny brain concerns me but people should know the truth

"for an eggman, falling off the wall....and he will never be together again" i'm not just reciting the song...the lyrics on the screen are wrong

I hadn't heard this song in 15 years, and today my Pandora played it. Now I can't stop listening to it! Total blast from the past.

I've wondered what the "inflated form of hit and run" is. Maybe creation. Because the creator hasn't left any tracks.

Oddly, the best song in their catalog, and it's not even on a studio CD. Great, great song.

Einstein discovered the law of energy being equal to mass multiplied by the speed of light squared. He saw this rule used to destroy but in this rules lies the secret of creation, a little mass leads to a huge amount of energy and in a very real way, all mass is, is condensed energy. Einstein touched the face of God, the only true Light.

This is about how Albert created how to split the atom which lead to the creation of the atomic bomb! 'The worst things come from inside here, all the kings men reappear"...
