I saw them on a tiny little side stage at a warped tour and did the same thing in a small crowd. when I went to them afterwards to tell them how much I loved them, they seemed weirded out, like they weren't used to such fan boy behavior from anyone, lol. I would have done it differently if I could go back and actually talk to them, but they were larger than life in my head.

Counterfit is my favorite band OF ALL TIME. Super Amusement Machine for your Exciting Heart is my favorite album of all time. I'll never forget their show at Metro Chicago when they opened up for somebody (Plain White T's?) and my 2 friends and I were the only people who knew who the fuck they were. Made our own little circle in the middle of the crowd and sang every word. Best time ever. God dammit.

Well then go find HELEN EARTH BAND! Same guys, different singer, same exact music. If you really have a hair up your ass find old tracks of the silverbird band. Lead singer for Counterfit but a cool oldschool alternative country stile. SO good.
