They are talking about the Illuminati and the evil it breeds..They even have one eye symbolism on the cover! The BLiND album greatly expands on this theme with it's lyrics also. Then Deliverance came out and they stopped communicating the amazing power those lyrics held to the masses.. I think that's because they switched from a Independent label to a Major. The album covers, music, and whole mood changed.. Very suspicious IMO! ; T'S A MAD MAD MAD WORLD!!.~

@TheGreaterGood80 Most people think that the crossover COC was best because thankfully most people who know COC aren't stupid.

@VooDoo669 COC were good till "In the Arms of God". The new songs suck since he left the band!

It's too bad that the majority opinion appears to be that 80's crossover thrash/hardcore COC was the best. When they became more bluesy and southern rock they said themselves that they no longer felt part of the hardcore scene and were sort of bored with it and wanted to write rock songs instead. A lot of great metal bands started as hardcore or punk bands and then grew into something else. I love all things COC. Give me Animosity or Deliverance any day.

as far as i'm concerned this music was good, and it's still there to be listened too, if a band want to expand, they have the power to try different things to sound good

[email protected]. "selling out." Do people really think there is any kind of money to be made in heavy music?
