Used to catch hog nose snakes as a kid in NC. One of the few non poiseness snakes down there. This has a cool Irish feel to it, Awesome James;

I live on the Copperline. Quarter mile down to Morgan Creek, as a matter of fact. James Taylor's old house is a stone's throw through the trees, and his sister Kate owns it now. My grandson and his buddy Tanner spent one whole summer down on Morgan Creek hunting snakes - hog nosed, copperheads, whatever. A southern boy's summer. It's Fall now and the leaves are down and getting blown around by a high wind. Some things here don't change, James. We're keeping the Faith.

Insanely bomb melody...That's one of the melodies that made me want to be a singer... "half a mile down to Morgan creek! Leanin' heavy on the end of the week... hercules and a hog-nosed snake!... Down on copperline..." So simple, but so genius.

I don't often say this about male singers, but God, his voice is beautiful.

No doubt Reynolds had some great lyrics in here. But some of the lyrics sound a lot more like James than Reynolds - 'all spec house and plywood.'
