Finnish death metal. From the album, "World Without God". Released in 1992 by Thrash Records.

Another classic but sadly forgotten Finnish debut. Convulse's style is considerably darker than their contemporaries Demigod, laden with slower longer sections, but not without lightning fast riffy sections. This album also saw a reissue recently, by Relapse records, comes with a choice of 2 different t-shirts!

Even on a pure death metal album the Finns cant help it can they& had to add some keyboards into it :). what a brilliant songI'm not usually convinced with cookie monster vocalists but it actually sounds like a Troll or Jötnar is behind the mic, never heard of this band before but just as great Metal tends to do to you.. drags you kicking & screaming, makes me think of the rawness ofSevered Survival & the desolate Icelandic darkness of Sororicide's Entity 91.& this how Death Metal sounds best,when it is violently loud, dark & very Ugly!
