this is a very different sound to what we were used chuck in death, even would say that sounds like power metal, its just one of the genialty, is one of the geniuses to which we had used chuck

Traditional Death ??? neee maybe cannibal,morbid angel.carcass...the music of Chuck was very very technical and elaborate...was more than a simple "death metal"

that riff is pretty low on the chuck schuldiner scale. he's invented a million times better riffs. all the riffs in pull the plug,the flesh and the power it holds,without judgment,low life etc.

thanks brother...check out my band orion at orionversustheworld.bandcamp.com.....you can listen or purchase...or both...very much influenced by chuck...maiden...testament ect...lyrics are printed as well....like minded people have dug our stuff...maybe you will too...its metal for deep thinkers..there is one intro attached to a song that was suppose to be seperate...its 2 minutes plus...song titles include...rise of the monarch slaves...dead by design..inside the eye...oceans of despair and more

chuck is the greatest songwriter in the history of metal.he ruled traditional death metal.with paul and sean he rewrote the rules of death metal with human.thought patterns was unreal in its anger toward eric grief or butler and rozz or somebody close,very personal album as was human.symbolic is 2nd to no album its its fluidity,utter beauty and foretelling with 1000 eyes,crystal moutain.perseverance was a new level of songwriting for chuck,to forgive,scavenger,voiceofthesoul...case fukin closed.
