After Common Market, he did an album under the name Victor Shade. Album is called Victor Shade I believe, produced by MTK. Then he did the BegXBorrowXSteal short 3-song EP. Now he's doing features and he just released an album produced by Todd Sykes, called Adding to the Extra. He's still my favorite MC, however I don't feel that Victor Shade or Adding to the Extra blends with Ra's style as well as the Common Market efforts do. It has a lot to do with Sabzi's incredible talent as a producer.

The last verse of this song has some of the best lyrics I have ever heard. Every time I hear it, I still get the same feeling. The imagery is amazing and the metaphors are perfect. Explains what has happened to this art for the most part without being moronically obvious. Ra Scion is a gifted man. Not sure where he went or what happened to him. Were these last two albums a fluke?

Common Market is the epitome of conscious rap. Their words and rhymes flow so fluently and when they change they never miss a beat. I wish the radio rappers of today's common rap could learn from these artists rather than Lil' Wayne or Rick Ross.
