Without Billy C. Farlow (who wrote the world's saddest song) the group has gone straight south.

When I got down to seeds and stems I would start scraping that resin out of that old stem pipe back in 73. Shit I'm an old bastard now.

Holy shit ! Commander has gone downhill. The early days this was a great song, the quality of this I'm afraid really sucks ass. Listen to this and then Lost In The Ozone Days, no comparison. This is just down right sad.

I know, everybody says that...but... in one of the lesser-known panels, those words do come out of Fat Freddy. However, I concede, the better-known poster version of Freewheelin Franklin is where he also says those sage lines.

Back when you could hitch a ride coast to coast. Free everything. Yeah the war was bad, ruined some good people forever. And lost just as many. GNite, Peace Out
