Colourful Genre is the musical umbrella under which John Elliott & Jay Darlington shelter while performing to the crowds.

Former lead vocalist with 70s Prank Rockers, The Lesser Known Tunisians, who forged a path of parody through the Glam Rock/Punk/New Wave era, John has continued to create musical milestones through the years. Today he is still entertaining audiences with his uniquely original style: Quirky Songs with Curious Lyrics and Catchy Tunes.

Having moved to Totnes he voiced his intention to open a rest home for Hogwarts' messengers. To which John responded, "Ow'll you do that then?"
