the whole of 'one year' his lp from early 70s from which this is taken is very good. the advert at 1.50 for his single as neil macarthur is odd, as the b side is: world of glass, not class, also a good record.

This song is so different than anything else I have ever heard!! Its almost eerie how gorgeous it is. It gives me a feeling I once had as a child, sort of a mixture of innocent bliss and somehow even a little melancoly -ish. But I love it, and even more the man singing it. :)
