this time last year i went to the UK for about a month (im australian so it was like a 25 hour flight) and the plane trip felt like it took a million years and there was this one bit where i felt really depressed for kinda no reason and everyone was asleep and the lights were dimmed so it was complete silence except the plane noises and i couldnt get to sleep (frickin jet lag bro). so i decided to put some music and came across this song. i hadn’t listened to it in ages so i put it on. as soon as i put it on it’s like it instantly took me to another place. so much nostalgia flooded my heart and brain and i just crawled up in my seat with my blanket and closed my eyes and silently cried remembering all the beautiful places and moments i were in while listening to this song. this song really makes you appreciate your life and what a magnificent planet this place is

This song, is a legend to me because it reminds me when I was 13 and I had some troubles with this girl that I loved but I never saw her face. When I saw her face, it was a waste of my time. But it also brought me peaceful images of a golden sky with golden lighht shining down with a tree in a field far away from Earth where I would meet a blonde haired blue eyed girl and we would just sit and talk.

So I decided to listen to Mylo Xyloto in full for the first time. I only just recently came to appreciate Coldplay and their music, and this was the first album I wanted to listen to as I loved the concept.Every. Single. Song. On. This. Album. Is. Incredible.And though I thought that even though all the songs before might even outdo this closer, as soon as I listen to a little over twenty seconds of this, tears of joy began to flood my eyes. This is simply some of the greatest music I have ever listened to, and I love it so much, that if I had ever gone deaf and I was given the opportunity to gain my hearing back after years of being deaf, this would be the song I would listen to first.
