Exactly, ResearchX. When it boils down to it, there aren't many countries in the world today that can call themselves truely democratic. *There are primary- then secondary elections. *Some countries have systems that let a vote from one part of the country carry more weight than another part of the country. *Not to mention all the countries with only one candidate..........
