This footage was recently uploaded by YouTube user paraatheid, and that original post can be seen via the link below. I've edited it here by syncing the audio from a stereo soundboard recording. The Dutch TV broadcast actually cut in just before Liz Fraser starts singing, so I split and edited about 40 seconds worth of footage from the broadcast to visibly compensate for the extra audio intro section.
