Actually, they are mentioned as are all the bands at the end of the cast credit. It just says, "Band Cocktail Slippers", or whatever band is featured in each episode. You have to watch because it goes by quick and is actually in a better credit location, being credited as cast instead at the end like most musical credits are. I have always been a fan of Little Steven. I suspect he came to Norway for this band and fell in love with the rest, hence Lillehammer, which I just discovered. I had no idea he was the lead character. Love it! Love his Underground Garage on XM radio!
