Great song, thanks for uploading. Here's the thing, 360p and 480p are video resolution rates, not bitrates determining the sound quality. In the past, Youtube only has allowed for low kbs bitrates, like 192kbs. Not sure if it's still that bad, but I wouldn't expect great sound quality on here. This is why I downloaded this album in lossless, it's usually around 1411kbs bitrate.
