yeah, I saw hootie in Westbury, and that was an excellent show! Even though I really wanna see Darius Rucker with his country setlist, I'm really gonna miss Hootie, and I hope they go on tour soon!

Some of you are confused... Closing Time is a song... but it's not whats they are singing here... its only a conincidence that closing time is a lyric from this song as well... the song played here is "I hope that I don't fall in love with you. It's extra confusing because "I hope that I don't fall in love with you" is the 2nd track on the album Closing Time...

I love the song, Yes the music does sound like Tom waits song which is a instrumental. How ever why are you haters out there hating on Hootie? THey are a great band! WHy are you haters even trippin on them useing his tune for one of there songs? Actually I have seen them live! Orlando, FL 2006... I waited almost 13 years to hear 'Let Her Cry' live! I'd love to see them again...my boyfriend at the time was a bit drunk (to say the least) and wouldn't stop talking!!!! Not just to me but to anyone that was near us! So, I don't recall hearing this song.... which I feel is a complete injustice! lol It's been almost 2 yrs since the concert and we still talk about how I almost missed 'Let Her Cry'...lol

I guess the song is called tht by the person that originally came out with the song, but I have been going to Hootie concerts for years, and know the band members pretty well and they refer to the song on set lists etc. as Closing Time. So since this is Hootie performing it, I listed it using the name they do.
