Yes, leave poweramp sims on into a SS poweramp. Can't say I'm the kinda person to load up a Vox.

Do you leave the power amp sims on? How do the open back models like Vox sound through this set up? Great clones tones btw.

I crank it through a 600 watt poweramp into 2x 4x12" Blackstar Cabinets :D

How do you like to amplify the Axe when you are just jamming but not recording?

this tone is pure perfection ... so cutting through ... like a ninja sword through butter, agressive, energic, inspiring ... that tone kills minds like brust fire from ak-47(or m16 if u want) ... pure love :) ... wish I could have AXE and rape that tone ... but one day I will \,,/_

It used to be pretty common to slave amps back in the day cause it gave a blend of both the EL34 British side of things to cut through naturally but still have that super tight low end from the IIC+'s preamp.

The used the Preamp of the Mark IIC+ and the Poweramp of JCM800's with Marshall cabs
