I first heard this while traveling to North dakota with my band .we had played in minnesota for 3 nights straight, a 10 day road tour. We pulled in yo fargo at 5 a.m, everybody was asleep I started writing down the words to this song, we had rehearsel at 4 p.m. that day ran thru this song 3 times. we played it that night. we then went to iowa toacasino the next night, wont u know it Clint black was there the night we arrived, we parked right next to his bus, we didnt say much, cuz we had rehearsals.. we played there 3 nights on the 3rd night clint came to our gig. wow thatwas a Huge surprise
