Love love your music man, a heck of a lot better than the crap I hear on the radios these days that's for darn sure. In a hypothetical way imagine if you lived during the 30s, 40s, and so on and released your music, it would be played country wide on the grand ole opry station and they would all be huge hits. Crazy to think how the times and ppls taste in music have changed, it's a crying shame.

Slightly different version than i'm familiar with, likely a result of it being sung on the high seas and altered through spoken history.

I'm from Ontario. Half Irish in heritage. I search YouTube for old time Appellation music, and Acadian music. This is without a sliver of a doubt the cleanest , truest , best old time music I have ever heard picked and sung in my life. Anyone that likes old time music should hear this. Those who have never heard old time hill music should have this as an introduction to it. Thank you , that was privilege to listen to.
