Very fine rendition of this tune, one of the best I've heard. The fretless gourd, low tuned banjo really makes a big difference too and adds a haunting element. Do people make these banjos themselves from kits or do you buy from somewhere?9 years ago

I am delving through all my newly found tab :)In this tab, what does the R with a bendy symbol mean first measure of the second verse? I think it's a strum slowed to half speed but would like to research the technique of it more. Thanks!9 years ago

This is sort of brilliant I got to be honest :) Just noticed on your site it says you're planning to do video tutorials of some of these songs. Any chance 'The Cuckoo' will make the list?
