Well, they're not racist technically, they're just dumb fucks. Black people call each other niggers as a term of endearment without a second thought. A bit like someone calling a friend "geezer" or "cus" or "home boy"... whatever..... BUT.... If a white man called a black man a nigger, under the same circumstances, he would be deemed a scum of the Earth racist and probably get himself into a lot of trouble. Especially with black people. "Nigga" is - in the origin - a word used by the white people to discriminate tha blackpeople. in the last years this word is used within the black people for themselves. so it seems some kind of selve-discrimination. this song is about that problem.
