It was kind of a complicated case, with him trying to then reform Christian Death with Valor's Christian Death already existing... You know, the band TSOL had the same exact court case when Joe Wood basically ran the band with no original members, and Jack Grisham reformed TSOL with all the original members and ended up winning TSOL's name after the court battle with Wood. Though before the court case they had to bill themselves as L.O.S.T.

Great song. This was a metal release but this song kept that goth sound to it. This reminds me of why I hate Cradle of Filth so much, the singer sounds like a bitch. At least when we hear Maitri's shrill tone, we know it's a girl.
