Reasoning behind the song choice? It's pretty simple. LP is one of the biggest rock bands for my generation & having a new album debut at #1 on the charts. It was a no brainer that I should check it out & find something to jam on! "LOST IN THE ECHO" is the opening track on their new album, needless to say it caught my attention. I learned the basic structure of the song & I felt it had plenty of room to improvise on! This was my ONLY take for this drum video! I improvised all of the fills & added drum parts. There was no over think on this. I wanted to capture that "on the spot" energy! I hope you dig it. It was a sweaty one... haha
